We do not guarantee delivery times as holidays, weather, acts of God and other variables affect deliveries. 

Most orders are processed same day. In some cases, products are made to order this sometimes affects processing times.

For Free Domestic Shipping: Please expect to receive your items within 4-8 business days.Tracking will be provided via email and/or text message(standard data rates apply). We do offer express shipping at checkout. 

Local Drop-off: Local Drop off is limited to the following areas: DC and MD. If you select LOCAL shipping and your delivery address does not meet the local delivery requirements, you will be issued a full refund and your order will be cancelled. Shower Curtains, Bath mats and mugs do not qualify for local delivery.
