Refunds/Exchanges - Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us at customerservice@enjoypaj.com PRIOR to returning/exchanging any product. 

Refund on orders for buyer’s remorse are NOT accepted.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and return of item. Please provide the order number, date of purchase and the issue. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card used for purchase within 3-5 days(some financial institutions may take longer).

P.A.J will NEVER resell any opened or tampered products to our customers.

Shipping - Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling for returned and/or exchanged items. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong Address - If you submit and provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with customer. In the unlikely event P.A.J ships to an address not provided by customer, P.A.J will remedy issue by reshipping to correct address or offering refund.

Unclaimed Packages - Orders shipped that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer will be liable for the cost of a shipment/reshipment, as applicable,

P.A.J can not offer replacements, exchanges or refunds. These items are unique, limited and are FINAL SALE.
