How long will it take to receive my items ?

Allergies
P.A.J is not responsible for allergic reactions to our products. While we do list the full list of ingredients, our valuable consumers should always read the ingredients. In the event reaction occurs, please discontinue the use of our products. Please consult with you doctor, if you have any questions about the ingredients used in our products and how they affect you.
Can the candles made by P.A.J really be rubbed on my Skin ?
Yes! Our candle's unique blend of Candelilla wax, essential oils, and moisturizers melt into a warm pool of liquid that can be used as a massage oil and/or applied to the hands, body and feet, leaving skin smooth and moisturized.
Be sure to extinguish the candle's flame first ! :)
How long is my Body Candle good for?
We do not use preservatives in any of our products. The more bacteria introduced (as when you put your fingers into the tin), the less stable the shelf the product will have. Our Body Candle should last 6 to 8 months. TIP: using a wooden spatula will reduce the need of introducing your fingers.
Does P.A.J use Beeswax ?
Nope. It's not vegan.
What is Candelilla wax ?
It is a vegetable wax, a viable substitution for Beeswax and is obtained from the Candelilla plant. It is skin conditioning, easily absorbed, odorless, and of course rich in nutrients!
Refunds/Exchanges
Although we strive to make sure each and every customer is 100% happy with their purchase, if you are not happy we will make it right. Please contact customerservice@enjoypaj.com within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please provide the date of purchase, the product purchased and the issue. We will address promptly. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Once we receive your item(s) we will process your refund within 7-14 days. P.A.J will NEVER resell any opened or tampered products to our customers.
